The Scorpion Gold Stinger Metal Detector Garrett is both a sophisticated and sensitive piece of machinery and a sturdy, lightweight tool. Although the depth of detection will vary depending on conditions, the detection of metal objects typically found at a depth of 2 to 6 feet. The metal detector includes a padded collar and CUPS arm and stabilization of the search coil at the bottom of the device. The control panel, located conveniently above the cushioned handgrip, includes buttons for optimization of discrimination, "the depth, balance and parameters of the soil volume and an audio jack for headphones and a button retune.
